At Ben Behmer Media, we take great pride in the quality of our fine art photo prints. Each piece is carefully crafted to meet the highest standards. As a result, we generally do not accept returns. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a return is necessary.

Consideration for Returns

To be considered for a return, customers must complete our contact form and provide detailed information regarding the reason for the return. Please note that returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product received does not match the description or order.

Shipping and Handling Fees

For any accepted returns, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

How to Request a Return

  3. Ship the Item: If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
